ReVamp - Pain Free Performance Level 1

PFP Level 1 
ReVamp is the first level in the strength and conditioning Pain-Free Performance series. 
In this PFP series Revamp focuses on the basic human principles of movement such as the squat, hip hinge, push, pull, rotate and carry. 
These workouts take a tailored approach that are very balanced in nature keeping the grappler specifically in mind to create a robust, strong and injury free body. ReVamp is designed to rebuild your body from the ground up the correct way in the gym without all the bullshit that’s out there.

Advanced MetCon Training 

What if I told you there was a perfect workout, would you believe me?
Okay what if I told there was a way to build muscle at the same time as dropping an insane amount of body fat?
How about improve your conditioning like you never imagined while building bone strength and tendon strength keeping you safer from injuries?
Well it’s true I am not making this shit up its called Met Con Training. Some people refer to it as HIIT (High interval intensity Training) and the most popular term it goes by is you guessed it CrossFit.
Met Con training uses a variety of different exercises to achieve amazing results as I mention above. It entails short hard burst of exercise with short rest. Some strength coaches turn their heads at this type of training saying it’s too hard on the nervous system and that it cause CNS burnout or worse injury.
Adrenaline is designed specifically for you to use what weights or appropriate for you during the workout. This allows for no guesswork as before but the loads or now better for safer results. In addition, the rest is already predetermined gradually making the workout harder and harder each week while keeping the safety component of the program intact.

Combat Athlete - Strength & Conditioning 

Training for BJJ in MMA is very cool and trendy nowadays but I feel that the basic concepts of strength training or lacking in some peoples programs. That’s where this book comes into play implementing sound basic concepts of strength training which should be the foundation of your strength program.
