Conditioning vs Fitness

So what is really the difference between conditioning versus fitness?
This is often very confusing for people who are not familiar with the terms and completely understandable considering that most people use conditioning as a method that determines output in a game or match.
In my previous video I described how fitness is a series of measurable qualities that you can possess. Some of these qualities or anaerobic threshold, power, strength, speed and VO2 Max just to name a few.
