Full Range Training

Packing on Muscle

“The Size Princples”

When it comes to packing on lean muscle mass there are various methods that you can use to increase muscle growth at a rapid pace.

Regardless if your goal is leaning down losing body fat are getting bigger by packing on muscle mass these simple principles will help you accelerate your fitness goals

Principle - 3

Full Range Motion

Using a full range of motion in my opinion is always the best way to go when lifting weights regardless if you were a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter.

As a beginner it is extremely important to always work for full development and growth of a muscle by using full range motions during your workouts.

As stated before in principle - 2 in my previous blog. Training at different angles including full range motion is the most beneficial way to build a strong solid foundation of muscle.

Partial training is an excellent option for advanced trainees because it allows you to overload certain points of the lift where you might be the weakest or strongest.

There is a lot of benefit from training at certain angles for half reps or partial reps. But nothing is better than consistently using full range of motion training as part of your strength and muscle development for your overall greater goal.
