#Sledgehammer #Swings is a full body exercise that works the #glutes, hamstrings, #abs , back and forearms like you never felt.

This exercise is great all out full functionality and will incinerate #fat off your body.

When training #fitness enthusiast and combat athletes along side with police and military. The sledgehammer swing is a staple in my programs and it should be for you.

Options

  1. Timed sets 1 min on / 1 min off

  2. 25 swings / rest / repeat

  3. Like in the video below use a series of exercises to make a complex up.



Regardless of what you chose shoot for a total work time of 10 minutes after your workouts.
